Hello! When it comes to therapy, I know that safety, transparency, and feeling heard are essential to building a strong therapeutic relationship. I strive to create a genuine and non-judgmental dynamic with my clients, so they can feel comfortable opening up and sharing their experiences, even the tough ones.

Recently, I’ve been working with clients experiencing grief and loss, helping them reshape their lives after the departure of a loved one. I’ve also worked with domestic violence survivors, immigrants, and those in need of case management support. Whatever you’re going through, I’m here to support you on your journey to mental wellness.
