Couples Therapy

At Salam Therapy, we believe healthy relationships start with understanding both the individual and the couple. From the very first session, we take a holistic approach—supporting you as you explore your experiences, strengths, and challenges together.

Our “No-Secrets” Policy

We want every couple to feel safe and supported. That’s why we uphold a no-secrets policy in couples therapy. Your therapist’s role is to nurture the relationship as a whole—not to keep private information from one partner or take sides. This helps build trust, safety, and open communication.

During your first appointment, your therapist will explain this policy in detail and answer any questions so everyone feels comfortable moving forward.

Inclusive & Client-Centered Care

We are committed to creating a safe, judgment-free space for people of all faiths, spiritual paths, ethnicities, and identities. Our therapists use a client-centered approach and integrate what matters most to you—whether that’s culture, spirituality, or personal values—into the therapy process.
