Health Plans we Accept

We are in-network with most commercial and Medicaid plans in Indiana. In Kentucky, we are in-network with Medicaid and Anthem plans.

While we endeavor to provide accurate coverage information, it is HIGHLY recommended that you contact your insurance directly to verify your coverage and that we're in-network

Not Covered by Insurance?

We have masters level therapy students who provide therapy at zero cost. They are supervised by a licensed clinician. Please ask us about this option if therapy is cost prohibitive.

These are are our out of pocket rates for the services we provide. We also provide Superbills if we are out-of- network with your insurance provider:
