Free 15-Minute Phone Consultation
Start with a brief call so we can learn about your goals, review insurance or self-pay options, and schedule your first session.

Easy Online Intake
You’ll receive access to a secure client portal to complete your intake forms, sign consent paperwork, and provide demographic and payment information.
If you’re using insurance, we’ll verify your benefits before the first appointment and let you know if there are any issues.

Your First Session (≈55 Minutes)
Before you arrive, your therapist will review your paperwork. At the start of the session, they’ll answer any questions, go over polices and limits to confidentiality.
You’ll then explore your relationship history and current challenges together. By the end of the session, your therapist will share initial impressions and recommend a session frequency that meets your needs.
A personalized treatment plan will be developed and reviewed with you at the following session.
