Licensed Social Worker (LSW) – Part-Time, Fully Remote

Location: Indiana (remote) and Kentucky (Remote)

Role Overview

• Conduct telehealth assessments and create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.

• Provide individual and group therapy (CBT, mindfulness, trauma-informed care).

• Document securely in our EMR using AI-assisted tools and templates.

• Participate in paid supervision toward LCSW licensure.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and engage in ongoing professional development.

Requirements

• Active Indiana LSW license (Indiana residency required).

• Strong communication and typing skills; comfort with video sessions.

• Reliable internet, webcam, and private workspace.

Preferred: Experience with immigrant or minority populations, fluency in another language, prior telehealth experience.
